Anything grilled . . . but if I were to really want to savor flavors and textures, we would be having:
Grilled Kielbasa, served on buns with honey mustard.

along with fresh, crisp coleslaw (I really like Marzetti's slaw dressing and with a bag of coleslaw mix, this one whips up really quickly).

and of course, we would also be having Sangria, make it a day ahead, put it in jugs in the fridge, serve over ice while you are grilled the kielbasa. Lovely, simply lovely!

of course, the only thing the kids will eat would be the Kielbasa, along with glasses of cold milk and probably chips or pretzels, followed up with popsicles.

Well I'd probably skip the Sangrias but the rest, I am in. I agree about the coleslaw, it's the perfect hot summer night side dish, YUMMY
