I am almost done with my MBA.
This Saturday, June 9, I have to take my comprehensive MBA exam (2 hours) and my final, FINAL exam, EVER. It is on Strategy. The study guide is 66 questions and four quantitative analysis problems. The actual exam will consist of 15 multiple guess questions, 15 short answer (5 to 6 sentence) and two quantitative analysis problems. Our group broke up the 66 study guide questions. I did the first 11. It was eight pages, which is about average for the rest of the questions, which means that the "study guide" for this course is approximately 48+ pages (single spaced) long.

My extended family remains in crisis. Please keep all of them in your prayers.

I've discovered that I've been doing a lot of nothing lately (well, nothing in relation to knitting or when I do knit, I tend to do a lot of frogging). I think I need to focus on a couple of small little projects so that I can have a sense of headway!

Good morning Mary Lynn, I didn't write the insight, I discovered it in the lyrics of a song from a band called Damone. (Album-Out Here All Night… Song- when You live) They're from the Boston area and I heard the song many times, but while driving to work a few days before my trip to see my Son and it really touched me. I love music and listen to a huge variety of genres and bands that people my age are typically not fans of but it brings me close to a wide cross section of the population I may never have exposure to otherwise. I hope to someday go back and get my MBA and I'm inspired by the other knitters who seem to share the love of knowledge. One of our knitting groups we attend has advanced degrees being held by almost 1/2 of the attendees. Reading is a common thread among many knitters and readers tend to be learners so it seems only logical that more than just a few knitters are well educated. I wish you well and thank you so much for leaving a comment on my blog. I will try to do the same. Feel free to use the quote, I know I could have claimed credit because of the obscurity of the band but I hope you share the music with your kids. oh it’s not offensive or vulgar it’s a actually poppy and more for the teen taste. Send me your e-mail address to e1jerryt@sbcglobal.net and I’ll send you the song in return e-mail along with a couple others from the same band that are really nice to listen to or have special meaning to me.
